How long can I keep tropical fish in a bag?
My brother species of tropical fish, but who lives about 280 miles. He said he had something for me, but I'm collecting them, but I need to know the best way to travel and how long you can keep for travel. Thank you for your time Mike
If the temperature is maintained within the normal range of fish and enough oxygen in the bag of fish will very well for a couple of days. To get the right amount of oxygen Make sure you have a big bag and fill it only 1/3rd of the road. Do not add fish that have not spent at least 3 days w / or known or food into the bag and the waste will reduce the oxygen level. Place fish in a cooler to keep the temperature at the appropriate level. They sell pills on the heat, but I have no experience with them w /. Do not blow into the bag to fill. News Man of carbon dioxide and oxygen or air in this country want ordinary. Keys, not to feed the fish during at least three days before bagging, just fill the bag 1/3rd of its height, double bag fish w / bags in the opposite direction (thus eliminating corners where fish can be caught and strengthens the bag), put the fish in a cooler to maintain temperature. Do not worry, your fish well. Sure to have a reservoir of a cycle of goto.

What types of fish can come in a gallon tank 5?
"I get one gallon tank 5, but do not know what species of fish to put in there. I think in honey gouramis, but I'm not sure if I should or not .... Just please do not give me anything, but bettas, shrimp, snails, and white clouds. I had before and which are not what I'm looking. I love tropical fish fresh water or cold water, no salt water fish. Now I have 2 neons, 3 glowlights, harlequin laminar Rasboras 2 2 evening dwarf coral, two Chinese algae eaters, 3 fancy guppies, 1 male 2 female. If you can give me some links for you to investigate these fish please let me know and thank you for your time and effort you put into these answers! Thank you and you guys ROCK!
Indeed, there are steps you can do with 5 gallons tank. I know this is not the answer that you "want" to hear, but that's okay. A honey gourami would probably work well, but keep in mind These are very shy fish (one gallon and 5 is that going to be big enough for one). Many plants do feel more at ease, but realize that if you do not see many fish that is in their nature.
Tropical Fish Upside Down Catfish

Has anyone successfully raised catfish upside?
I have one gallon tank with a variety of 55 tropical fish (guppies, platys, tetras, etc.) I have two catfish in reverse too, and now one of them is bad throughout the year. I have successfully bred guppies and platys but they were all live births. So if I put a boat in the reservoir and pond eggs in other fish eat them or "I can transfer the eggs into another tank?
Yes, it's done. But not common. The Most sources say that lay their eggs in a depression in the gravel, but 1 source said I found that the eggs in a piece of PVC pipe. Other species of Synodontis are generated in clay pots as some cichlids, and even some mud houses that are only for spawning synodontids, so that could be that the fish that spawn in gravel simply not the right type of coverage the beginning of their eggs. Maybe some PVC or clay in a pot, and the elimination of other fish not to eat fish eggs is all his needs. You can make a mud cave for spawning if you use pottery dish and a hole at halftime tires big enough for fish to enter, then turn this upside down in your tank.
